Multi-adjustable for both length and height with quick-release pop pins, trainers can set their perfect position smoothly and achieve maximum activation of a variety of lower body muscle groups.


Engineered with 3mm commercial-grade steel and powder coated in a Matte Black finish, the Primal Performance Series GHD is built to withstand high-intensity use in busy commercial gyms or performance centres.


It also features dual rip-resistant padding, durable upholstery and is backed by a full commercial 5-year frame warranty for added assurance.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500

All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day

Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.

Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.

Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
