This incredible equipment bundle will maximise your home workouts while taking up a very modest amount of space.


The Primal Personal Series HIIT Bench is a heavy duty multi-functional workout bench with a uniquely designed storage undercarriage specifically for use with the Primal Personal Series 25kg Adjustable Dumbbells.


Workout flexibility is key to the design with an adjustable back pad making both flat and incline exercises possible. This versatile bench is also perfect for other functional training routines which may involve plyo box movements such as box jumps and step-ups.


This sleek weight bench also boasts front and rear accessory storage compartments and an over-sized handle with rear transport wheels for easy manoeuvrability. The handle can also be used as an anchor for use with the battlerope or powerbands and there are also 2 rear positioned d-rings for use with soft-grip exercise bands.


The Primal Personal Series 25kg Adjustable Dumbbells are housed in the bench undercarriage and provide the variety of having multiple dumbbell sizes in a single pair of easily adjustable dumbbells and users can move between weights in seconds, from 4.5kg up to 25kg, per handle.


Angled storage trays on either side allows easy access and the dumbbells can be lifted and replaced without any inconvenience and the dumbbells can be secured in place with the included nylon easy-clip straps.


Also included is the Primal Personal Series 18kg Adjustable Kettlebell which has 5 different weight adjustments in one space saving unit. With a simple turn of the dial on top of the kettlebell, users can move between 4.5kg and 18kg in a few moments.


This home gym package provides the perfect blend of strength, functional and core training equipment with a mini foam roller, 9 metre/9kg battlerope, medium glute band, medium resistance band and light powerband also featured.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500

All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day

Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.

Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.

Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
