Description
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Bicep Curl lets you isolate each arm and train your biceps at a variety of angles for maximum stimulation.
Features
- Height adjustable seat
Quickly and easily adjust the seat height to perfectly align your elbow with the levers axis of rotation.
- Adjustable starting position lever arms
The starting position of the lever arm is angle adjustable, which, combined with the angle adjustable elbow pad, allows multiple variations of preacher and scott curls to be performed.
- Ergonomically angled hinged handles
The semi-supinated grip handles are mounted on a swim arm that allows the lever length to automatically adjust as you perform each rep. This alleviates discomfort in the hand and wrist and keeps consistent tension on the biceps.
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Bicep Curl provides targeted loading to the biceps from a variety of angles. Multiple adjustments tailor the movement to your individual biomechanics and the ergonomically designed pads and handles align your body to ensure correct exercise performance.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
