- The Primal Performance EZ Supercurl Bar is a hard chrome Olympic bar designed for effective arm training. Featuring multiple grip angles for bicep and tricep exercises, it enhances wrist comfort while reducing strain. Built with bushings for smoother rotation and reduced friction, it includes a 28mm knurled grip with medium knurling for secure handling, making it ideal for commercial gym environments.

The Primal Performance Series Olympic Supercurl EZ bar is designed with a deep "U" shape at the centre grip of the bar allowing an additional neutral grip curl or "hammer" curl with palms facing inwards. The Primal Performance Series Supercurl EZ Curl Bar also has a shallow cambered or "W" shape, so that both your close and wide grip curls are slightly angled, putting less strain on elbow joints during bicep curls. The multitude of grip options also provide the choice for a number of tricep exercise variations. The knurled grip is 28mm with medium knurling.
The Primal Performance Series Olympic Supercurl EZ bar is a heavy duty curl bar engineered using brass bushings which not only prolong the life of the bar but are essential to reduce disc friction, allowing for smoother lifts. Lower quality EZ bars use Allen Key secured end caps, which can quickly (and do frequently) break when used in a commercial gym environment, so the Performance Series Supercurl EZ Bar design offers increased durability from inferior alternatives on the market.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
