Upgrade your back training with the Primal Performance Series Plate-Loaded Low Row - a commercial-grade, unilateral machine designed for high-traffic gyms and performance centres.
This premium plate-loaded machine effectively targets and isolates the latissimus dorsi (lats) with minimal engagement of secondary muscles such as the biceps or triceps.
A biomechanically optimised diverging motion path aligns with natural joint movement to allow for safer, more effective lat contraction. Ergonomically designed multi-grip lever arms and an adjustable chest pad provide a tailored fit for a wide range of users.
The unilateral design allows for focused single-arm training, helping to correct muscular imbalances and maximise engagement on each side of the body.
Load up to 320kg of Primal weight plates onto the angled bullhorns to suit your training intensity. With a 300kg max user weight and 620kg total load capacity, this gym machine supports athletes of all levels.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
