The Performance Series Plate-Loading ISO Lever Machines have been engineered to work in the natural motion of the body in order to optimise the isolation of the intended muscle groups. The Machines converge and diverge in a natural, arcing motion, guaranteeing users the maximum muscle contraction whilst providing the safety of a machine to maximise both the benefit and security for users when training.

The Primal Performance Series ISO V and Hack Squat provides users with a heavy duty, dual use machine, with the option of both a back-supported Hack Squat and a full front facing V Power Squat. The ISO Power/Hack Squat has been engineered to provide a full range of motion to isolate and develop the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. This unique machine can be used in a forward-facing position as a traditional, back-supported hack squat to isolate the quads and also in a machine-facing position, where it offers full-power squat motion. In both exercises, the body operates in an ergonomic and safe squatting motion. The angled foot-plate allows users to safely squat their maximum weight without having as much pressure on their lower back.
The machine’s design allows comfortable use as either a single-leg or dual-leg hack squat. The extended weight-pin holders provide a high, maximum weight capacity and the non-slip, diamond-cut foot plates ensure user safety even when pressing a heavy load.
The ISO Power/Hack Squat is one of 8 Core Primal ISO Machines and the range is perfect in any sports facility or commercial gym. It comes in Matte Nero with premium, rip-resistant pads.
