The Primal Pro Series Glute Ham Developer (GHD) is multi-adjustable for both length and height, allowing trainers to set their perfect position. GHD’s are widely regarded as a must use machine in most strength and conditioning programmes for hamstring, glute, and posterior chain training.
The Primal Pro Series GHD covers a wide range of exercises:
- Glute Ham Raises
- Support Handles on the footplate for Reverse Hypers
- Back Raises
- One Leg Glute Ham Raises
- One Leg Back Raises
- Side Bending Torso Rotations
- Russian Twists
- Power Band Supported Glute Ham Raises
- Power Band Supported Back Raises
The Primal Pro Series GHD has been engineered in 3mm commercial-grade steel and powered coated in a Matte Nero/Grigio finish. It has oversized, dual rip-resistant padding, multi-adjustable height and length supports with quick-release pop pins. The foot supports have metal end-caps to protect the upholstery.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
