Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship within the United States. ShippingAll orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates vary by product and are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.Orders under 150 lbs are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders over 150 lbs (large strength equipment) are shipped via FedEx Freight. A FedEx representative will contact you to schedule delivery. Total delivery time is usually 10-14 business days.Premium in-home delivery and setup is available for an additional fee, where available. This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, full unpacking, light assembly, and disposal of all packaging materials.We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.Please see our Shipping page for full information.ReturnsWe offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in brand new, re-sellable condition in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.Return options do not apply to equipment purchased for commercial use, special order items, or custom designs.To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
