The glute bridge, pec fly, lat raise, elbow pad, and leg developer/preacher curl attachments enable a true full-body workout—all from the comfort of your bench. Each attachment locks securely into place and stores seamlessly in the compact storage unit provided.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500

All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day

Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.

Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.

Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Returns

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
