- The Primal Performance Series Open Trap Bar is designed for versatile strength training with reduced lower back stress through a neutral lifting position. Featuring an open-sided design for unrestricted movement, removable dual grip handles with medium knurling and rackable compatibility with power racks, this trap bar supports deadlifts, squats and pressing exercises. Complete with hard chrome Olympic sleeves, black powder coated frame and 350kg max weight capacity.

The Primal Performance Series Open Trap Bar is designed to provide maximum versatility and ease of use. The open-sided structure gives users easy access while not compromising range of motion, while the neutral setup position reduces stress on the lower back. The bar comes with removable dual drip handles with medium knurling, and is rackable and suitable for use with power racks. The bar's round tubing is comfortable for using to perform squats or pressing exercises, while the hard chrome Olympic sleeves and black powder coated frame ensure a sturdy and safe user experience.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
