- The Primal Performance Series Olympic Technique Plates are designed to support safe Olympic lifting progression and technical training. Available in 2.5kg and 5kg pairs, these lightweight polyethylene plates feature an IWF standard 45cm diameter for consistent lifting mechanics. The 2.5kg plates measure 50mm thick, while the 5kg plates are 77mm thick. Suitable for commercial gym use, these durable training plates are ideal for beginners, warm-ups and technique development. Not designed for dropping from height.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
