- The Primal Performance Series Plate Loading Multi-Way Row is a commercial-grade upper body machine designed to target the lats, upper back and posterior shoulders. Featuring multiple grip positions, independent arm movement and heavy-duty plate-loaded resistance, it maximises muscle recruitment and training variety. Built with a laser-cut steel frame, matte black powder-coated finish and durable urethane pads for long-lasting gym performance.

This versatile plate-loaded machine is designed with multi-grip hand positions (underhand, overhand and neutral) to offer a range of row variations and effectively target specific areas of your lats, upper back, posterior shoulder and downward scapula. The lever arms are also adjustable to 3 different positions and can be moved independently to maximise muscle recruitment.
Constructed from a heavy-duty steel frame with a matte black powder coated finish, this plate-loaded machine is designed for long-lasting performance in high traffic commercial gyms and performance centres. The Primal Performance Series Multi-Way Row also features urethane injection moulded pads with double stitched covers and boasts an impressive 5-year frame warranty plus 3 years on parts.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
