Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates vary by product and are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.Orders under 150 lbs are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Orders over 150 lbs (large strength equipment) are shipped via FedEx Freight to a third-party location in your area. A FedEx representative will contact you to schedule delivery. Total delivery time is usually 10–14 business days.Premium in-home delivery and setup is available for an additional fee, where available. This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, full unpacking, light assembly, and disposal of all packaging materials.We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.Please see our Shipping page for full information.

ReturnsWe offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns requested within 30 days will not incur any fees provided the product is returned in brand new, re-sellable condition in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.To initiate a return, contact our support team at commercialsales@echelonfit.com or call 855-4-GETFIT (855-443-8348) to receive a Return Authorization number.
