We offer delivery on all the equipment across our website. We have a range of delivery options. Once your order is placed our customer service team will be in touch to arrange delivery.

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

For smaller items if they are in stock we aim to despatch within 48 hours. For larger items our customer sales team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Do you offer installation?

We offer installation packages for all types of gyms. From home gyms, to personal training studios, to commercial gyms, to elite performance centres. To arrange installation please email sales_us@primalstrength.com

Do you offer warranty on items?

Shipping

We offer delivery across the US.

We work with multiple couriers to ensure the highest quality of service. Shipping costs are dependant on courier, size of goods and location.

After your purchase our customer service team will be in touch to confirm shipping costs and arrange delivery.

Pick up is also available from our warehouse in Ohio.
